Welcome to Summit Park Estates - We are glad you have chosen to own property in our neighborhood.

 

Information on this page is intended to help new property owners...

 

Please contact the Association President, Secretary, or Treasurer to provide your contact information. We will use the information to email notifications about the Annual Meeting, to provide updates periodically from the Association President, and to send annual dues notices.  You can find contact information for Association Board Members here.  You are welcome to contact any Board Member with questions or comments about the neighborhood.

 

Annual Association Members Meeting

 

Our annual meeting is typically held in August, and all Association Members are encouraged to attend.  Notifications are sent out about a month in advance.

We are proud of our roadways.  Each year, we include money in our budget to make necessary repairs to the roads, and we contract with a landscaping service to mow and trim along the roadways. During the winter months, our streets are plowed promptly during snow and ice events.
